BIO AND PLAYS
Ryan is an internationally produced, award-winning playwright. His acclaimed play REACH has seen multiple productions, including with Estrana Theatre Company, Ivy Theatre Company, Misfits Theater, and was recently featured at the OnStage! Festival in Rome, Italy. It was adapted into an screenplay and a feature film, titled, REVERIE LANE, which was an official selection in the Los Angeles Lift-Off Film Festival. His psychological thriller, FIEND, earned multiple New York Innovative Theatre Awards, and received numerous productions. It was recently published and is available to license by Next Stage Press. His play, THE SOLDIER'S DAUGHTER, was developed with ABOUTFACE Ireland/Tangent Theatre Company and Voyage Theatre Company in New York City and is now available via Next Stage Press. His short play and screenplay, IN A FOREST, has seen various workshops and has won several script awards including Second Place for Best Science Fiction Short Script at the Nashville Film Festival and a Quarter-Finalist in the 2024 Filmatic Sci-Fi Awards.
